For the manufacture of this profile, galvanized steel with a thickness of 1.5mm to 2mm or 2mm to 2.5mm is used as raw material, stainless steel whose thickness is from 1.5mm to 2mm can be used. This machine can produce only one size, but if you want to produce more than one, a self-regulating change can be suggested where with the help of a servomotor we will move the opening of the rollers, being able to make different changes of measurement, this procedure is precise and safe, it will only take a few seconds. The most common measurements are 41x41, 41x21, 41x52, 41x62, 41x72, 41x82mm. To produce a measurement with more height, more forming stations must be added. If you are only looking to produce 2 measurements and do not need a self-regulating change, you can offer the option of using spacers which consists of manually changing the distance of the rollers by means of spacers or having two lines on the same machine, using one line at a time, which has the advantage that you no longer need to modify anything.
The speed will depend on your drawings and requirements, we can offer you two different options regarding speed, for the first option if you are looking for a line with a speed of 15m/min, it is recommended to acquire a hydraulic unwinder, with a die-cutter since for this type of profile it must be perforated, which if we do it in a hydraulic station will decrease the speed, The structure for the forming machine must be made of wrought iron and gearboxes as the transmission system. Finally, to preserve our speed while cutting we will use a moving cut.
The second option with a speed of 12m/min without drilling and with 4m/min perforation, a manual unwinder, hydraulic punching at the beginning of the former, 20 rolling stations, with a panel and chain structure as a transmission system, finally, the cutting will be with a fixed base.
