Depending on the dimensions sought, the best option for you can be given, we can make from a line with self-regulating change, if you are looking for something lower budget you can offer a line with manual change, where it is only necessary to change the spacers between the rollers, if you are looking for something economical and more efficient to change the size you can suggest a machine with two lines,  in which only one can be operated at a time but it is not necessary to make a modification when you want to operate another measure. There is also the possibility of producing loading channel and batten channel on the same machine, using two different lines.

Normally for the production of batten channel we can use from 22 to 28 gauge the most used, but we can produce from 0.25mm to 1.2mm thick, if any other thickness is required, the appropriate modifications can be made so that the material acquires the correct doubles of each angle. Galvanized steel is usually used, but we can also use PPGI and carbon steel as long as the yield strength is 250 to 550 Mpa. For the loading channel (Channel) 22 and 24 caliber with a length of 3.05m are usually used, this being modifiable to your requirements.
