Linbay offers the cable tray roll forming machine, this profile is ideal for cable management in commercial applications, data centers and telecommunications rooms, providing a flexible method of adapting the tray according to the application in the workplace. The speed for these designs has been up to 20m/min, materials such as hot-dip galvanized steel, pre-galvanized steel, hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel, stainless steel and aluminum can be used, with thickness from 0.6mm to 1.2mm or 1.2mm. Knowing the dimensions you can determine the best option for you, it is recommended for when you are looking for a variable width to use a self-regulating base with which we can move the base from the screen of our electrical cabinet, making the required adjustments easily and precisely, if our cable holder is smooth it is not necessary to have a die-cutter,  The necessary perforations can be made with a hydraulic system, if the tray is to be perforated, the die-cutting machine is recommended, so that it reaches a higher speed. The structure for our machine will be cantilever type.

If you are looking to use strips of material previously perforated and cut, the forming machine for feeding will be recommended, in which we only have to insert the sheet, it will obtain the desired shape at a speed of 12m/min depending on the thickness of the material.
