Door/Window Frame Roll Forming Machine
The machine can reach up to a speed of 15m/min depending on the design of the frame sought, for door frame that we have in operation in Mexico since 2017 A design was chosen for two sizes (110mm and 120mm), being a simple design it was only chosen to use a hydraulic punch at the beginning of the machine and a hydraulic cut at the end. For this design, 18 forming steps were used.
For the window frame of the company India TATA Steel Group, this being a more complicated profile, a hydraulic unwinder is used, a flattener, to be able to reach a hydraulic punching station which must have a servomotor which can allow us to have precision when drilling, going through this it will enter the profiling machine where it will have 42 steps and finally when obtaining the profile you want it will be cut automatically With a movable base and type of cut with closure to have a cleaner cut. They currently have 13 machines operating every day. We have also manufactured more profiles for different customers in Russia, Malaysia and Viet Nam.
