2. If you are looking to manufacture American stave rolling shutter door, without perforations we can use 22, 24 26 gauge, with perforations we can only use 22 and 24 gauge. Using galvanized steel as well as pintro, if it is necessary to use another gauge or material, the design of the rollers can be modified to be able to produce it. The production speed is 15m/min with moving cutting system.

3. If you are looking to produce two different types of curtains, you can opt for a machine with two working lines, using one line at a time. In order to choose this design, both designs must coincide in the number of steps (14) of forming, with a range of 20, 21 and 22 gauge with galvanized steel. Reaching a speed of up to 12m/min. In order to use the two-line design we must check the drawings of your curtains.

1. Perforation at the beginning and at the end, to achieve this you can add two punches to the blade, so that each time a cut is required the guillotine can also perforate.
