Description

Linbay offers you the forming machine to manufacture round tube of various sizes, this profile is usually used as cooperation with awnings, they are usually made of aluminum or galvanized steel, with standard measurements of 60mm/63mm/70mm/78mm/80mm/85mm in diameter and a length of 4m/5m/6m/7m. We can also manufacture the forming machine for octagonal tubes with diameters of 40mm/60mm/70mm. Which is widely used in the metal curtain system.


The speed for the round tube machine is up to 10m/min, with a thickness of 0.8mm to 1mm, as raw material we can choose galvanized steel or aluminum, this time a wrought iron structure with gearboxes will be used as a transmission system to have a constant and stable speed. As the round shape of the profile is given, the material is lubricated, so that both sides of the material can be joined and giving us the round shape we are looking for by means of a lock seam, so that in the end it can be cut with a saw-type disc with a movable base while maintaining a good speed.


The speed for the octagonal tube machine is 8m/min unlike the round tube, this will be overlapped creating a stronger joint, they are usually produced from galvanized steel, with the following thicknesses for the diameter of 40mm 0.5mm-0.6mm thickness is used, for 60mm we will use 0.6mm-0.8mm thickness and for 70mm we will use 1.0mm-1.2m, to make the measurement changes we recommend using a single base with different cassettes,  which means changing the rollers whose base can be removed and changed for the other cassette with the rollers of the other size, making the change practical and fast. For this design a die-cutter with a servomotor was used which gives us the precision to drill where we want, the design of the perforation can be modified. After having the correct shape, the last step is to be cut by means of a mobile base with a saw-type blade.
