Linbay offers the box beam forming machine. The function of these beams is to support the weight of the load in rack systems. The machine has a speed from 10 m/min to 20 m/min, adjustable according to your requirements. Box-type beams can be manufactured with different dimensions: a height of 40 mm and widths of 85 mm, 100 mm or 125 mm; as well as a height of 50 mm and widths of 80 mm up to 300 mm, with automatic transmission. The dimensions can be modified according to the design you need. Using a servo motor, the aperture is adjusted to change the size, as long as the machine is free of material. The measurement and length adjustments are made on the screen of our electrical cabinet, making it more practical for the user. An advantage of this type of forming is that it does not require welding.

The machine can work with various materials such as cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, PPGI, carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, with thicknesses from 1.5mm to 2mm.
