Bracing Roll Forming Machine
The machine has a speed of 10 m/min up to 15 m/min. There are different configurations for this machine; Two different measurements can be made with manual changeover, which consists of adding or removing the spacers between the rollers of the entire line. There is also the configuration of having two different lines on the same machine, but you can only work one at a time. We can tailor the machine design according to your required measurements.
The machine can use different materials such as cold-rolled steel, galvanized steel, or hot steel, with a thickness from 0.9mm to 2mm.

5. Q: What does the speed of the forming machine depend on?
A: For this particular profile, the speed will depend on the holes to be drilled and the length of each piece. It is recommended to add a hydraulic press after step number 3 and finally, the type of cut will influence the speed: if a faster and more constant speed is desired, the mobile type of cut is recommended; If non-mobile hydraulic cutting is chosen, the speed will be reduced.
