Linbay offers you this new and economical option that we have designed, knowing that there are different types of sheets on the market and if your company is still developing, it is not necessary to buy a machine of each profile, this would be an economical alternative with which you can also save space in your factory.


We have manufactured different configurations, hopefully these examples can help you choose your future machine.


TR101 Y 0-100, in order to produce the TR101 profile being a trapezoidal profile with 18 steps, this goes in the lower area of the machine, the dimensions are 1008mm effective width and 25mm cant, to produce the 0-100 sheet 16 steps are needed, which will go on the top of the machine,  with an effective width of 1032mm and a cant of 19mm.  With a speed of 12m/min to 15m/min.


Corrugated sheet and 5V trapezoidal plate, in this case both profiles need 16 steps, the corrugated sheet has an effective width of 950mm and a cant of 19mm, for the 5V sheet an effective width of 819 mm and a cant of 9.3mm are used. It can be manufactured from raw materials such as galvanized steel, galvalume steel, and polyester painted steel (Zintro, Zintroalum, and Pintro). With a gauge range of 24 to 30. With a speed of 12m/min to 15m/min.


The configuration for this machine is using Panel type structure, Chain type transmission system, with manual decoiler and fixed hydraulic slitting. Some accessories that we recommend are hydraulic uncoilers, which will give us a greater load capacity as well as a more stable base, in which it is not necessary to have personnel to help feed the material while it is being used. If you plan to manufacture for several shifts and long lengths, it is recommended to purchase a stacker which will be able to automatically collect each sheet manufactured, making our line fully automatic.
